Generic Machine #7

Rough postwork of a recently printed generic machine.

Generic machinery are great to fill in a scene in a diorama. We like them, they are eye candy, and they make for good purposes of a story. Our newest generic machine is this one, #7. It is a little taller than a standard 1:18 scale action figure, has pipes, and has that heavy, old-world look.

Makes for a perfect prop for a factory -- Cold War era factory in some Eastern Block country -- or simply have it set up outdoors on the ground -- lots of fields out there with a lone machine. Group several of these together and machine a larger machine.

Currently Generic Machine #7 exists as a prototype. The pipes are the only thing that's challenging to assemble -- the walls are thin which can be a little tricky with the glue. However, #7 shows concepts we at DioWarriors are developing more of: more generic machines and more use of piping.
