Concerning Planet Green Valley ETA
The latest news:
The PGV owner has made available PGV Basic figures. Details about these are available at the https://www.facebook.com/planetgreenvalley Facebook page including how to order directly from the owner himself.
May 2020 Update:
Hello everyone! Got good and bad news. We're trying to finalize shipping and payment for PGV figures. But we can only get a small, partial order of what we originally wanted. It's not enough to cover everyone's pre-order. So once (and I still want to say "if") the figures arrive we'll try to see how we'll distribute them to everyone and refund the difference.
We don't have an ETA yet. Since the order is extra small now we are no longer planning to use the freight forwarder company we originally contracted to pick up, pay, and ship to us. There's a couple more details I'm leaving out, but those are about banks between the US and China. It would be easier if the PGV folks used PayPal, but they don't.

Mar 2020 Update:
Since the COVID-19 virus spread throughout China the factories have been closed. The folks at Ouying Studios are doing okay, though. No new news concerning the PGV figures, and there's no production going on since the factories are closed. But News reports from China say the country is just beginning to return to normal, although there are still concerns about re-infections. Hopefully there will be some positive news about the figures, the factory, and production.

Jan 2020 Update:
We don't have any new updates concerning PGV. Currently in China lots of businesses have closed down for the Chinese New Year, including the figure factories. We don't know Ouying Studios future plans, whether they have resolved factory issues, etc. We know producing figures is not easy, it's very difficult, and so we do wish them well. If the situation changes and they do manage to produce figures where we can get some, we will post about it.

Dec 2019 Update:
We just returned from Hong Kong. Concerning Ouying Studios, the makers of PGV, please keep in mind we don't have all the details of their problems. Although we could not meet Ouying Studios in person, we were in better contact with them over there. What we do know is that Ouying Studios is trying to fulfill pre-order numbers, they are having issues with the factory, including some QC issues, and as a result they may not have the numbers to satisfy all pre-orders. But we suspect the issues with the factory is more serious.
As of this time only three SKU's of the six SKU's have been produced. These are the "Female Body" blank, the "EFSA Security Forces Blue Wing Group", and "EFSA Aviation School Girl Amy." We don't know how many or which retailers will get them -- maybe all or maybe some. DioWarriors is trying to secure at least some.
Production is also occurring slowly where instead of all of the figures being ready at one time, only certain SKUs are ready at a time. This puts a strain on the shipping companies which are expecting to pick up many cases of figures instead of two or three, and ultimately becomes cost prohibitive. However, to help our position, DioWarriors has made arrangements with a 3rd party to hold any cases we get. With the SKU's trickling in so slowly, we don't know how long that will take.
We do know Ouying Studio may be considering changing factories. We hope they do. And if they do we hope they will re-run the SKU's to fulfill all pre-orders.
As of right now DioWarriors does not know how many figures (SKU's) we will eventually get. DioWarriors is trying everything possible to secure at least a partial shipment. But it all comes down to Ouying Studios: their production numbers, they get to decide who is important enough to get how many of their production. All DioWarriors can do is play nice with them.
All this sounds gloom and doom. DioWarriors will continue to wait and see. Anything can happen.

Mid December 2019:
There's a lot of speculation going on. We have not received word that any of the action figure cases we specified will be ready. Instead we hear word of Quality Control issues and not enough production to fulfill all pre-orders. DioWarriors will wait it out.

This is what we know as of Monday, June 10, 2019:
The folks at PGV have re-scheduled with the factory to re-do the figures. Unfortunately the new schedule is for August with a possible release for November. As far as we at DioWarriors knows there isn't any change to the base price of the PGV figures. We are going to sit tight and watch what unfolds.

Older News:
This is what we know so far:
Some quality issues cropped up during an inspection: some color issues during the injection process and some issues concerning painting of the eyes. To redo the injection molding the factory has moved PGV into another scheduling window behind other clients. PGV is currently negotiating with the factory to move the scheduling forward ahead of the other clients.
Summary: there is a factory delay. We don't have a specific ETA at this time. We'll post more info when we get it.

DioWarriors remains committed to Planet Green Valley. We know it is difficult to control manufacturing when factories have other clients also waiting for their production runs. When a QC issue develops there is a short window to rectify the problem, else the factory will push the job into the next available production slot.
