What Dreams are Made Of
Service
Want to mass produce your toys? Concerned about the cost to outsource to China? Want to try your toy designs in smaller, more manageable production runs? Then contact us. That's what we do.
We want to help you achieve your dream of becoming an independent toy maker. Sometimes all you need to get started is a small production run. Small production runs keep costs down, and the lower cost means less risk. You can test a new market or test a new product. You can produce exclusive products for specific events -- convention or trade shows. A small production run enables you to explore your product and your market with less cost than outsourcing.
Small Production Runs
DioWarriors Manufacturing specializes in small orders for small production runs. A smaller production run doesn't mean limited mass production. Instead it means a more manageable production. A smaller order can translate in less cost for you to mass produce a product line. Instead of having to mass produce thousands, as is common when outsourcing to a Chinese factory, a smaller production run of a few hundred might be easier to transport, store onsite in a business instead of in a warehouse, enabling you to focus on your target audience. There are other costs involved with shipping a large order from China: the shipping cost itself and the insurance. A smaller production run can mean less risk for you to explore new markets, especially if you have never tried getting involved in toy production before.
At DioWarriors Manufacturing, we consider a small production run to start at 100 units. We go from 100 to 200, 300, 400, on up to 1000 in 100 increments. Larger orders we can also do.
Made in the USA
There are certain advantages to manufacturing in the US, one of which is the cost. Flights to China, hotel, and the language barrier is one thing. The logistics with shipping from China is also expensive. By keeping manufacturing within the US, we're able to offer service at a much lower cost. This lower cost enables you to do more with your toy line. There is also the timing involved as we're not hindered by a lengthy New Year off time.
High Quality, High Detail
The machinery we use are designed for the small scale. Our 3D printers are high resolution, our CNC milling machines are also high resolution. The scales we normally manufacture are 1:18 so we focus on the machinery capable of consistantly delivering small parts.
What We Don't Do
We don't do painting and we don't do packaging. Parts are molded in single colors. Faces we do our own tampograph techniques.
