Flame Bulb

We use this flame bulb for the thruster effect of our VSS 002 project. It is UBS powered instead of requiring a light socket. It also has a built-in battery. When it is connected to a UBS power source the battery is recharged. The light can be on at the same time it is charging.

LED RGB Light Strip

The VSS 002 uses a lot of lights, and so does many of our other diorama projects. For LED lighting we try to stay standard with one or two brands. For RGB lighting we liked the Govee Smart LED system, so we design around that. It is also supported by other companies making LED accessories -- wiring, connectors, etc. This made it easy to customize the light strips around each project.

L Shape 4-Pin LED Connectors

For customizing LED light strips we use these L shape connectors. Attaching them to the LED strips were easy and straight forward.
